Marion County Approval Clears the Way for IronCrest Phase 1

Altamira Development Company has reached a key milestone in bringing IronCrest’s first residential offering to market in Ocala. The Development Review Committee of Marion County has approved the plat for IronCrest Phase 1, while IronCrest Community Association, Inc. has been established as the homeowners association that will serve future property owners within the master-planned gated lifestyle community.
