A New Lakefront Amenity Center Takes Shape at Brystol North

Construction Begins on Brystol North’s New Lakefront Gathering Place

Brystol North is moving into its next phase at Wylder, where construction has begun on a new lakefront amenity center designed to become a central gathering place for the neighborhood. The single-family community is part of Wylder’s 1,970-acre master plan in Port St. Lucie and builds on the momentum of neighboring Brystol South with additional homes, recreation and shared amenities.

Expected to open in early 2027, the amenity center is being designed by Basham & Lucas Design Group and constructed by Wells Brothers Construction, the same contractor that completed the Brystol South amenity center in early 2025. Plans call for a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces focused on recreation, fitness and neighborhood connection.

While work continues, Brystol North residents already have access to outdoor amenities at Brystol South, including pickleball courts, a playground and dog park. Once the new Brystol North facilities are complete, its outdoor amenities are also planned to be available to Brystol South residents, extending the connection between the two neighborhoods.

GreenPointe Regional President Austin Burr described the groundbreaking as an important step in delivering the connected lifestyle planned for Brystol North from the outset. He also pointed to Port St. Lucie’s continued appeal to homebuyers and Wylder’s role in meeting demand for new homes, amenities and an active community setting.

Brystol North currently features single-family homes by Dream Finders Homes and Lennar, with pricing from the upper $300s. Floorplans range from approximately 1,500 to 3,600 square feet and offer three to six bedrooms, two to three baths and two- to three-car garages. Together, Brystol North and Brystol South cover approximately 315 acres within Wylder and include nearly 1,000 homesites surrounded by lakes, wetlands and preserved natural areas.

The amenity center groundbreaking adds another piece to Wylder’s ongoing growth across the Treasure Coast, as new neighborhoods, homes and recreational offerings continue to take shape within the larger master-planned community.
