C & C Market Research conducts surveys on behalf of our clients to gather information about various aspects of project feasibility, customer service and satisfaction, customer preferences, prospect demographics, and the effectiveness of media. All information is used in an effort to improve the product our clients bring to market, the experience their customers perceive, efficiency of operations or lastly to determine the effectiveness of media reach and frequency.
